Refund policy

Every 44 Billion piece is made to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. Please check the size chart before ordering.

If something's wrong, we'll make it right. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email us at info44Billioninc@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. No need to send the item back.

Lost packages: If tracking shows your order hasn't moved for 10+ business days, contact us and we'll help resolve it.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, before they go into production.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
